Change agents in the anually standard plan

Hey community, I have a question

 

What happen if I upgrade to the standard plan for 4-5 agents and I pay anually and 4 months later I need more agents? For example, I need to upgrade the plan to 6-10 agents.

My question is.. what happen with the bill? If I pay now the plan annual for 4-5 -- $1200 per year.

Then, 4 months later, I need to change to 6-10 --- $2400

Please, could someone tell me what happen with the billing?

Prorated Billing Adjustment:

1. Calculate Remaining Months: Since you are upgrading four months into your annual subscription, there are eight months remaining in your current billing cycle.
2. Determine Prorated Cost Difference: The cost difference between the two plans is $1,200 ($2,400 - $1,200). This amount will be prorated based on the remaining eight months.
3. Prorated Amount Calculation:
   • Annual cost difference: $1,200
   • Monthly cost difference: $100 ($1,200 / 12)
   • Prorated amount for eight months: $800 ($100 * 8)

You will be billed an additional $800 for the remaining period of your current annual subscription. This ensures that you only pay for the upgraded service level during the time it is active within your current billing period.
