Copy users from a group to multi user field

I have a team within a department that needs to see particular all issues raised by the team for particular range of request types they've raised.

Checking they are a member of the team and the request type is easy.

What I can't figure out is the watch bit.

Is there a way, thru automation, to copy the members of the group to a multi-select user field ?

Solved it - thinking to narrow

 

Create a custom Group field and added that to the issue security.

 

Then populate the group with the group when conditions are right.
