'Done' issuses have disappeared from the board view but still show on timeline view

They have suddenly disappeared from the board view. Why would this happen?

This would depend on below factors

- if it's a scrum board and done is the last column in your board then the done issues would disappear after 14 days. this is applicable to team( scrum and kanban) and company managed project ( scrum)

These issues will be present but just not on the board

- for Kanban company managed project - it would be based on your settings that you have selected

Also please find document on issue limit on the board which is why its advised for the done issues to go away on the board

Hi Natalie,

Depending on the type of project - Jira Software or Jira Business and whether it is Team-managed or Company-managed, issues will disappear from the board 2 weeks after moving to Done.
