Getting always 401 while using Customer Service Management API

Question

Hi, no matter what i try, nothing seems to work. For All APIs from Customer Service Management API I got a 401. I use Basic Auth with : Base64 encoded header Other Service Management APIs just works fine with same credentials. Like i can create an Organization with: POST https://.atlassian.net/rest/servicedeskapi/organization But all request for i.e: https://api.atlassian.com/jsm/csm/cloudid//api/v1/organization/details responds with 401. Is there anything different from Authorization perspective for this API? What do I miss? I'm getting My Cloud Id from here: https://.atlassian.net/_edge/tenant_info

Hi Jehan, I've documented in my post the API that gives me 401. these are: https://api.atlassian.com/jsm/csm/cloudid//api/v1/organization/details or https://api.atlassian.com/jsm/csm/cloudid//api/v1/customer/details We get it for all https://api.atlassian.com/jsm/csm/cloudid//api/v1/* enpoints. Please can you share the API that was giving you the 401 error? Maybe that will help trying to isolate the behavior that you're facing,
