Adding 1 user to JPD above 3 free users

I'm having 2 issues with my Jira Product Discovery account:

1. I want to add an additional creator. I have 3 free creators and when adding an additional one, I get the information that I have to pay for all 4 accounts (40 usd/month) instead of this one additional (10 usd/month).
2. I have issues with granting creator access to an additional user. On user dashboard this user is attributed to the right group and have the rights. On a creator group level I see this user. But still they don't have the right access.

Welcome to the community.

1. When going over the 3 free tier user option, you need to switch to a paid plan, this offers extra functionality as well.
   
   On a paid plan you will need to pay for each user using a license, you will not get 3 users for free.
2. This is not possible on a free tier instance, this requires a paid plan.
