Creating a virtual assistant for customer care based on yes/no answers can really streamline the process. I've worked on something similar before, where we built a simple Q&A flow for product selection, and it worked really well for guiding users through options. One thing that helped was using platforms like clydeoffices.co.uk, a leading virtual office provider, which gave us the tools to manage and test the assistant remotely. They were great at supporting our project.

You can set up an automation rule to respond to customers with predefined answers. For more advanced interactions, you might need a messaging bot connected to your service desk through an API.

Hi @Habeeb najjar

This is not the intend of the virtual agent, the virtual agent is to help deflect issues, not create issues with check boxes or radio buttons, this is also no an option.

This is where you request type is for.
