I want to set automation so that comments on cloned issue reflected on parent issue .

I believe this will do the trick...but be sure to limit it with conditions to ensure it not get out of hand. Also remember that links have a direction (Clones vs is Cloned by) and look closely on the cloning routine to ensure this is really fulfilling the need.
