We are using two different jira cloud, one account we can found new option called "Start Stand-Up" feature but my another account doesn't show any new feature.

I’d like to inform you that the “Start Stand-up” feature is currently part of an experimental rollout by Atlassian. It is being made available to selected Jira Cloud instances based on specific criteria determined by the Atlassian product team.
If you’d like this feature to be enabled for your site, I recommend raising a request with Atlassian Support, so they can review and potentially include your instance in the experiment.regards,Heena Chaudhary.
