Transition User story status, according to its related Tasks

Question

I am using User Stories and Tasks, and connecting them via a "Relates to" link.

I would like to add two automations:

* When one of the related Dev Tasks transitions to "In Progress" and all related Tester Task are "Not Start", the corresponding User Story will also transition to "DEV In Progress."
* When all related DEV Tasks are transitioned to "Done" and all related Tester Tasks are "Not Start",  the corresponding User Story will also transition to "Ready for SIT."

Can you help me build these automations?

I use TASK and I separate TASK to 2 type by using custom field (ptob team)

for my scenario is below

1st Scenario

I have 4 tasks (2 dev tasks and 2 tester task)

2 dev task status "Not Start"

2 tester tasks status "Not Start"

When I transit 1 dev task from Not Start to In Progress, I would like Story status transit from Not Start to In Progress

From my workflow when transit, Story status doesn't transit

2nd Scenario

1 Dev task status "Done" (A)

1 Dev task status "In Progress" (B)

2 Tester tasks status "Not Start"

When I transit Dev Task (B) from "In Progress" to "Done", I would like Story status transit from "In Progress" to "Ready for SIT"

From my workflow when transit, Story status doesn't transit

Hello, Good day. What are "related tester task", whether these issues are sub-task or custom issue type linked with the task ?
