Hitting the create button causes crash

Question

I have tried to hit the create issue button multiple times on different screens and every time it is crashing the screen. I look in the console and I see a litany of 404, 409, and 429 error responses -- not really sure if any of them are the culprit here. I'm getting stuck on the attached popup.

This is a brand new instance and I have done next to no customization for the site. Not sure why I'm unable to create an issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks @Bryan Trummer - ReleaseTEAM I saw that message, but didn't see it as related, perhaps I'm mistaken. I will keep checking back in. I suppose.

There are currently some active incidents happening with some Cloud products so this may be causing the issue you are seeing.

Ok. The last time I did this, it appears there's a loading icon on the Project field. But it doesn't ever seem to resolve... any idea what this might be?
