Automation rules for enterprise management projects do not hit the criteria

Hi there, please help us solve the following problem.

We set JIRA Automation rule as follows,it works in 'Team management Projects',
but not in ’Enterprise management Projects’.

Automation rule:
1. trigger: when comment added
2. JQL:
{{comment.author.accountId}} = {{creator.accountId}}
3. Status Transition

Have you tried the "smart value comparison component" instead of using JQL?

Hopefully that will work, let me know how it goes
