Jira Service Management board not showing up to other role than site-admin

Question

I've recently created a Jira Service Management project with a board.

I'm intending to show the board to all users within the project, however it simply doesn't show up in the navigation.

The board:

* I've tried different filters. In my latest try it uses a shared filter, that was create by a user that is in Customer Role
* Customer Role does have sprint start permission, plus I've granted almost any sensful further 
* Even when I upgrade an user to admin it still doesn'T show up

What am I missing?

Thank you for the great tip! Adding the user to the "Service Desk Team"-group indeed made the board appear. However, the issue is that this user is a customer and shouldn’t have the same permissions as a "Service Desk Team" member.

I’ve been trying to adjust the permission scheme to grant only the necessary permissions, but I haven’t figured out the correct settings yet. Do you have any experience with this or suggestions on which permissions to configure?

Do all users within the project have the 'Jira Service Management Agent' role assigned, granting them access to all JSM-enabled features?
