Cannot modify a request type form once created in JSM

If I go create a new request type, as part of the wizard, it is possible to create and customize the request form. The problem is that once I do that, if I decide to go and edit the same form some time after that, I don't see an option to do it

The docs state that I should be able to see to select Forms from the Request Types screen, but I have no such option anywhere on the screen

Any thoughts on how to deal with this?

p.s. I have myself created the JSM project so I am an admin

Hi Alexander - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you go to Project Settings > Request Types and then just click on the Request Type Name that you want to modify the form for, it will take you directly to the form that was created.
