Public Links to show rendered html no javascript

Question

Is there a way to show an external public link. that just loads the content. 
No JS render

or the ability to view the raw data.

This is not what I'm asking for.

I'm asking for raw data/non-js load on public external links on a space.
The current external pages loads a js, which doesn't give me any content when viewing source. I am trying to link our internal documents with the ERP system.
I also do not want to go the API route, as it requires alot more work to maintain.
