Issue with timeline (don't see Epics)

Hello community!

I've read all the other requests about this question, I think so, but I didn't find an answer.

I have 4 projects and at 3 of them in Timeline I can see Epics and works with them. Well, my fourth I don't see any Epics in the Timeline view. I don't have any filters at this view.

Even more, when I create the Epic in the Timeline view it immediately disappears from there.

Also, I checked how many Epics I have, there are 80. For this, I use the next query: type = Epic AND project = KSP.

I know that I have Epics in my fourth project since I work with them.

Do you have any ideas on what and where I can check to solve the issue?

Your post tags say that you are using a Free subscription. Is that correct?

If so, that Timeline content will match the Board content. The Timeline option appears with each eligible board.

When you are viewing this timeline that shows no Epics, if you switch to the board or backlog view do you see Epics there? What is the filter that you are using for this board?

I'm not the admin, well I don't know what is the type of our subscription. I assume is free, but now I think it can't be free since around 30 people are using Jira.

At the board or backlog view, I don't see Epics there. At the same moment, I can see Epics on other projects on the board or backlog view.

My filter is the following:

project = KSP AND type NOT IN (Epic, Precondition, "Sub Test Execution", Test, "Test Plan", "Test Set") AND status NOT IN ("Design In Progress", "Design Is Blocked") ORDER BY Rank ASC

Yes, indeed, your board filter is excluding the Epics, and the Timeline will show only the issues that are displayed in the board/backlog.
