How to make confluence space available to all unlicensed users in my company

Hi. There is only a subset of employees within our organization who have Product access (License) to Confluence. I want to make a Confluence space, that has a lot of useful wikis, to be available in Read-only format to all employees in our organization irrespective of whether they have the Product access or not. how do go about this? We are also using this method to publish the documentation from our Confluence space for the rest of the company to view. This has the added benefit that these readers do not see changes to the pages until we are ready to publish them to the Viewport site.
