To do list with multiple activities

Gianluca Notarnicola_c44s13

Hi i want to create a to do list with multiple activities like that (see attached Jpeg)

Is it possible to have just one tag, but multiple to do list for each person?

I want to use that in "task section" of confluence, but i want a smart and fast list, without a lot of "gianluca notarnicola" tag.

@Gianluca Notarnicola Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I believe that the @ mention is required to indicate the person the task is assigned to (who is also the person who can mark the task as complete).

If you had 1 checkbox with 1 @ mention and 3 to dos, you would have no way to mark the separate to dos as completed.

If you had 1 @ mention followed by 3 checkboxes for each to do, you would have no way to know who the tasks are assigned to. They would not show up under My Tasks for the user, and anyone (or maybe no one?) could mark them as complete.
