List users on multiple projects

Question

Please let me know, how an admin can export a list of users that belong to multiple projects. I'm trying from the documantation informatrion and i only found that a team must be created on jira software to truck the activity. Is there any other choice to collect this information?

Users get into relationship with Projects through Roles.

While Roles are specific to Projects, Users are defined globally and can be assigned to Roles in different Projects.

If you need an overall view of roles across all projects in your organisation, you can try CIFJ - Roles Dashboard for Jira, an app recently released by our company.

You can filter py projects and roles.

You will be able to view how roles are related to users and projects from two perspectives:

* Project - Role - User - Relationship (includes Groups)
* User - Project - Role  - Relationship

You can export your data to CSV for further analysis.

I didn't see the results that I want see.

In detail, I want to collect a user in how many projects is added.

e.g. user john is added on 4 projects (each project name)

I TRIED filter, nothing...

I thought maybe using a team. Creating a team on jira software.

Or maybe I 'll find these information by a query

Any idea?

Welcome to the community.

This is not possible, you can only see per user what project roles a user has.

* Open a specific user in the Directory.
* Click on the ellipses next to the Jira Software product
* Click View Jira project roles.
