Dear All,

How can I create this automation process?

Automation:

When a ticket (Bug, Story or Task as issue type) AND "BUILD" as Budget is changed to "Code Reviewed" Status,

a Test issue type ticket should be created (only once), with the following parameters

Summary:  same as original ticket

Sprint: same as original ticket

Reporter Group: same as original ticket

Client: same as original ticket

Reporter: same as original ticket

Topic: "QA_Manual"

Status: New

AND the new Test ticket should be linked to the original: >> new Test ticket "tests" the original ticket

If you have not yet started your rule, I recommend trying to do so.  This will help you learn and better ensure the rule meets your needs.
