Hello, I am trying to extract the activity log of all users in Jira through the administrative console, but I am unable to generate this information for export to a spreadsheet. How could I resolve this?

Within Atlassian Administration under security the audit log option should give you a multitude options and you can sort per project and export this information to CSV.
