Reactivating free Jira Product

I have a free Jira Cloud product that is deactivated because of inactivity. I want to reactivate it but was directed to the community.

I want to continue with free plan. How can I reactivate my Jira product?

The website was Findapp.atlassian.com as the attached image shows. I get page unavailable and your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

I tried raising a ticket with the billing team but in the URL section when I put the URL of the site it says we can't find this Cloud URL. In the above image you can see I am typing the exact name of the URL.

Hello, thanks for the update. Looks like this site has not been used for a while now, I am unable to find the site details from my end. You can create a new site with the same name and start using the required products. Thanks

Hi Mohanraj, I really need this particular site because it has documentation for the code base and a very good plan in place. Can you please figure out how to get this site back up or at least pull the information from it like the confluence, documentation, etc.
