unable to import space

I exported a space from a previous account and need to import it to another space. WHen I did so I got the below error

 

 

There was an error during import. Please see below for more information. ERROR: insert or update on table "content" violates foreign key constraint "fklmweu06nft59g7mw1i1myorys"

 

I no longer have access to the previous account in order to get the version. I tried to open the XML file and cannot locate a 'Confluence Version'. How can I troubleshoot this?

This is a bug which is reported to Atlassian. There are some suggested workarounds here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-78184
