Can you guide me how to merge 2 JIRA workspaces.

Could you please clarify if we're talking about 2 different Jira cloud sites, on-prem environments or mixture of both?

If looking at copying product data from one cloud site to another, I would suggest checking out official documentation: Copy Jira data
By following this, you could copy product data from one site to another and then simply delete the site from which you've copied the data.
