How to filter your own pages in Confluence?

Question

The filter "edited or created by" gives also results of pages that I have edited but not own or created.

In order to manage our volumes of pages we want to hold "owners" accountable for cleaning up pages that are obsolete.

Is there any simple way of doing this?

Hi @jeroen_wilmes

Since you mentioned your use case relates to holding owners accountable for cleaning up outdated pages, I recommend taking a look at Breeze.

This Confluence plugin is tailor-made for your use case by providing both reviewing and approval workflows, including clear ownership concepts, reports, and notifications.

Overall, it automatically identifies which pages need review, notifies responsible owners, and takes much of the hassle from the content management process, saving your users a lot of time.

You can try Breeze for free in the Atlassian Marketplace or schedule a demo with me if you would like to see how it works.

All the best,
Adrian from B1NARY (we are the developers of Breeze)

Strange, our Confluence instance shows:  "Worked on" and "Created by me" as options, and not "Owned by me" (that was one of the reasons we built the "Owned by me" into our addon Keep it up to date!

@jeroen_wilmes If you open the Home page for your Confluence site and select Recent on the left navigation (page opens with Overview selected), there is an Owned by me option that lists all of the pages you own. This shows the Created Date, while the All Content page for a space shows the last Updated Date.
