We use the 'Tabs' macro frequently for SOPs that have different steps for our agent users vs our manager users.
Initially when we built the article everything appeared normally but now I get requests on a regular basis to fix the huge blank spaces that appear at random.
At first I thought it was just the layers of macros used so we simplified the text but the issue is still happening when just bullet points are used. Has anyone else encountered this/know how to resolve the issue (outside of going into the article and resaving the tabs and hoping the space goes away)?
