How we can connect google drive documents with jira virtual agent

Question

Can we integrate jira virtual agent with google drives without any addons

Maelle Cartron - Elements · Answer

Hi @sunil

Connecting google drive documents to jira virtual agent isn’t a built-in feature, but there are a few ways you could achieve this depending on your needs:

Use Marketplace Apps: There are apps available on the Atlassian Marketplace, like Google Drive for Jira, that let you attach, link, or manage Google Drive files directly within Jira issues. This could be an easy way to integrate the two.

Automation or API Integration: If you’re comfortable with scripting or automation, you could use Jira Automation or the Google Drive API to link or sync documents based on specific triggers or workflows in Jira.

Hope this can help!

Best regards.

Maëlle
