Why cannot insert link into a page in Confluence when create single JIRA Issue from Confluence?

Question

When I create JIRA Issue from Confluence, sometimes there will be an error notification which informs that the link cannot be inserted to the Confluence.

As you can see above JIRA Issue S4V-1804 has been successfully made and the link inserted to the Confluence as well, but somehow when I want to make another JIRA Issue from the text below, it showed this error.
