Is it possible to restrict access outside the company network?

Hi, I'm an embedded developer, and I have a significant interest in Confluence and Jira Tools.

I think Confluence is the best to create company wiki system, so I'm going to learn how to use it and share it with my team members.

 

I have a question. Can Confluence, like GitLab, be restricted from connecting only within the company network? So that it can't be connected outside the company network.
