as JSM admin, a agent can't see dashboard in tool bar. how admin can setup dashboard to them?

Can you confirm that when you mention "Agents" that they are all given an agent license of JSM?
Can you send a screenshot of what your agents see in the project UI?
Lastly, if you are the site/Jira admin, please make sure that your agents are in the role/group called out in the System >> Global permissions "Share dashboards and filters" setup.

Does the agency other dashboards, and not just this one? Or he can’t see any dashboards? Also make sure that the dashboard is shared in a way that he has access.
