Two users with the same roles, one cannot view Code/Deployments

Hello - I have two users, both with a developer role in a Jira Cloud project. One can view code + deployments, the other cannot.

Is there some other setting or configuration that manages these portions of Development + Operations?

Let me know if anyone has any info.

Try to check project permissions scheme. Check, that "View Development Tools" permission covers both users.

Maybe user, that can see development features is added there separately.
Also, you can run permission check for user in permission scheme page.

Do the two users have the same product access? Are they both Jira software users? If not, then this could possibly be your problem.

I had thought that as well, but yes both users have identical product accesses, licenses, group memberships, and project roles.

There are also no special/customized permission sets for the one user (with access).

So customized permissions you mean that both users have the same project role, or at least their role is on the view development tools permission?

Thanks, there was a group that was similar, but slightly different naming that was granting a permission, so it was overlooked.
