Control charts

Question

Hi Atlassian Community,

I'm using Jira’s control chart to measure cycle time, and I need it to capture the total time issues spend in 'In Progress' statuses, including when they move in and out of these statuses multiple times.

* Does the control chart add up all time spent in these statuses, or just the latest time an issue was in each one?
* Would adding quick filters help to get the total time across all transitions in and out of these statuses, or is there another way to do this?
