Hi @Fadi Messaoudi

Welcome.

Is this on a request on the portal, if so you would need to use a form with a section in the form.

Hi @Fadi Messaoudi

From my side, I would like to encourage you to evaluate Extension for JSM app provided by Deviniti

This app, instead of the ability to build dependencies between fields (Dynamic Fields) contains two additional features:

* Bundled Fields (allowing to organize many information in a better manner than creating many custom fields)
* Presenting additional details on the request view, for instance SLA, Attachments, fields' value or even issue links in read-only mode!

If you're interested, please schedule a quick overview with our team using Calendly: https://calendly.com/deviniti

Kind regards,
Klaudia
