Page unavailable: unable to setup Jira and to contact support

Question

Today 29.10.2024 I created my Jira account and went through the onboarding process. At the end, there was a dialog that said that they were finishing my site, after a long wait a got to a page where it said "Page unavailable".

Atlassian Status says that Jira is in operation, and I CAN NOT contact support because it says "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL"

I also tried to create a new Jira site, but then it said "This site is already taken".

What should I do?

Hey @Nikola Perisic, it also does not work in incognito mode (I get the same error). On the console, I get a 404 (not found) error.

Have you tried incognito mode and a different browser? Also, what happens when you see the developer console of your browser?
