How can I obtain admin access for JIRA/Bitbucket?

Hi,

I’m currently working at a software company and would like to integrate JIRA and Bitbucket. To do this, we need admin access as part of the process.

Who should I contact to obtain admin access?

Will the internal IT team provide admin access? or

will the Atlassian team provide admin access?

You will have to talk to the current administrators of those systems to help you with the integration, or to request administrator access

If you are unsure who those people are, here are some suggestions for people to contact.

* The people who told you you had been granted access to the systems.
* The internal technical support team for your company.
