i want to get notified via slack whenever a story changed its stauts to "done"

can this be achieved with Jira automation ?

* Condition: contains
* Value: your-label

* Action: Send email to example@example.com or add a group or any user field* Subject: Issue {{issue.key}} Status Changed
* Body: The status of issue {{issue.key}} ({{issue.summary}}) has changed
