Jira Backbone configuration option greyed out

Question

Hi,

I installed Backbone sync on my Jira and everything was fine I configured several syncs between several projects.

I'm now trying to modify some settings but my Configuration and Notification areas are greyed out, I'm an Org-Admin & Administrator in my Jira.

I have even tried to set-up a new sync and they are still greyed as shown below, what am I missing or changed to make this happen please any advice welcome.

This indeed looks like a case where it's helpful to get insights on your instance to check what's the cause of the error. I've seen the ticket on our end, one of my colleagues will pick it up soon.

Thanks for the help, I'm the creator of both project and the admin for both projects

Org-Admin for Jira instance as well and like I said it was working fine.

Thanks I have now raised a request with the app supplier and when I get an answer I will publish here for others just encase.

I don't know the app, but are the permission correct in both projects?

Otherwise raise your issue at the 3rd party app support, as this is a 3rd party marketplace app.

Or is there any stated in the documentation of the app in this?
