Hello! We have Connector for Salesforce and Jira. I need to set sync between Account name and Jira custom field to populate records from SFDC to Jira. This sync should not rely on Case associated to Jira ticket but work separately. For all Jira issues created we need to get list of active customers populated into Jira drop-down field. How can configure that?
on a screenshot I tried to add Entity mapping for Account object but it doesn't appear in the list.
