In my Jira instance, I have to hit create 2x when creating any type of issue

In my sandbox environment, I can create any issue type from the list view and I only have to hit create once. In our live environment, we have to hit create twice. Once after adding a new item, and then a dialog box pops up in the bottom right corner. What setting in Jira could possibly be affecting this?

For sure! Note that no additional fields require information. Just need to hit create for the second time.

So this create screen pops up a 2nd time?

From the list view, if I want to make a new item, I click create like this and then after I hit create, the dialog pops up and I have to clink create again. No new information is required so I don't know why it is having the dialog box pop up or what setting is making it do so. Create 2.PNG

This is across every project in our live environment. I can't find a global create screen in the screen lists.
