I'm experiencing an issue when trying to access the main dashboard in Jira. Every time I load the page, I receive a "500 - Internal server error." Here's the full error message:
Error message:
Something went wrong Try reloading the page, <span>then</span> <span>check</span> our Statuspage <span>for</span> <span>any</span> <span>current</span> outages. If there <span>are</span> <span>no</span> relevant outages, <span>create</span> a support request so we can help you out.
If I create a support request, I'm asked to include the following details:
Error type: 500 - Internal server error
Log reference: e3430646-2289-47a2-b62d-f31183e7f784
I've already tried refreshing the page multiple times and checked the Statuspage, but I couldn't find any relevant outages. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or could someone point me in the right direction on how to resolve it?
