When I was trying to edit the workflow for a project.The edit button was not displayed on the right side of the Workflows page.Do you know if I need admin to check my access?

You must be a Jira Administrator to modify the workflow. But you are on the Free plan so that shouldn't come into play. Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
Thank you for the answer.But several days ago, I could edit workflow and custom fields.Are you saying that only the paid version allows editing workflows?My account is an agent; isn't that a paid version?
Only jira product administrator can edit the workflow. As an agent like you, no permission to edit it.
