Getting 'License is not Active' issue on opening of created/existing Dashboard link.

Question

I have created 1 JIRA Dashboard for team locked sprint hours view activity and earlier it was working fine. But today when the team started to open the dashboard they are getting the issue like Denied 'License is not Active'.

And i tried 2-3 steps but its not resolved and i don't have the Administrator access for JIRA so not able to do more on this.

So need your help to resolve this 'License is not Active' issue on priority so that team can view the dashboard for locked sprint hours.

Ask you IT department, who manages Jira.

This can't be seen in the system

Thanks, but from where i can get/see the JIRA administrator for my Project/application.

The gadget you are using on the dashboard is almost 100% certain from a 3rd party app that has been installed on top of the ootb installation of Jira

Most 3rd party apps need to licensed (bought), if the license is not valid, then this message is correct.

If you can't see the 3rd party apps that are installed, contact your Jira admin
