In accurate user count in the org

Question

Hi,

I am using a free instance of Jira & Confluence. when i am checking in the administration -> Directory -> Users, total users are only 3 however when i check in the billing section (Administration -> Billing) for both Jira & Confluence it is showing as 10 users per product.  is this a Bug?

Hi @Trudy P Claspill

There are no Suspended users. what I found is I have a trail installed for ROVO and it is consuming all the free users. Surprisingly it was not showing in the users list.  when i removed ROVO i am able to see the correct User count.

In the second screen image you have a filter applied. How many users do you get when you clear the filter?
