Is there a way to add a sum function to Confluence databases without installing an app? I want to write down invoices and get the total at the end

To my knowledge, the database feature on Confluence is not meant to be used like an Excel spreadsheet. It's more of an alternative way to visualize and represent knowledge that would end up as a table embedded in a page.
Without any external app, I don't think it is currently possible to write a sum function.
