Hi @Rob Dewkinandan,

My advice is to create a dashboard and use it as a "report'.

You can use Jira's native gadgets like Filter Results gadget, Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget, Issue Statistics gadget or Pie Chart gadget.

There are builtin reporting gadgets available in Jira to analyse the issues. Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/reporting-in-jira-461504615.html

Further more, many of the reports would need your context and ways of working.. For example, what you refer as 'Cant be executed'?  But the default reporting would give you a good start..
