Can I push users to a Atlassian group using API?

Good morning community.

 

I was wondering if I could assign users to a group and that group assign them to applications and or different credentials?

e.g. Confluence_Groups gives a confluence license 

e.g. Confluence_Guest assign them as a guest to only one specifi space.

Via the User Provisioning API you can assign users to groups, but you can only assign application access to users, not to groups.

All can be done via the same API

A sinlge user has a single set of credentials.
