Annual Billing & Education Discount

Doug Monk_8q9udx

Hi,
I have 2 questions, firstly how do I select an annual premium plan, the option for this is a link to contact Atlassian.
Secondly, we are schools academy trust in the UK with 13 schools. I understand there is a discount available for academic institutions. What information do you require from us to enable us to take advantage of this discount?
Many Thanks

Jovin

Hi @Doug Monk

The indication to contact Atlassian is correct. By doing so you can speak to Sales/Billing who will be able to organise the annual plan and (if relevant) any discounts applicable (not guaranteeing that there would be).

The community isn't actively monitored by the Atlassian sales/support teams, so this kind of query should be directed to them via the support engagement channels: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
