We are not able to find any project name while uploading csv file in jira . Whereas previously it was working fine please help on this .

Welcome to Atlassian Community
You can switch to the old view to import data to existing projects.
Settings>system>External System import. Please read the suggestion at top which says new experience is for new project data import and you need to switch to old view for existing projects.
