delete products

Hi, I want to delete an organization but this is not possible because there are still 'active products' however there is no option to delete the remaining two products: Jira administration and jira.

Support is not available on the free tier.

pls assist.

This takes time to complete.  Before you can delete an organization, you first have to have deleted all the products under that org.   There are steps to do this over in Cancel a subscription.

This process can take several days to complete.  From that page:

If you cancel your product subscription, we won’t process any further renewals. After your subscription period ends, you’ll be able to access your site for 15 more days. Your site will then be deactivated, and your product data will be retained for a period of time, which varies depending on your plan. See Track storage and move data across products for detailed information about data retention policies.

So we essentially need to wait out that period of time after deactivation for the site and it's data to be deleted first.  Only after that part is complete can you then return to request to delete the organization itself as the last step.
