Create from Template pro not editable

Question

Hi Community,

when I want to open my Create from Template pro Button to edit the template and layout of the button, it always shows an error with this trace id. What can I do to make it run again?

Hi Volker,

yes, for us it worked before. And what we found out is, that with help of Source code editor pro you can adjust the template - however, it doesn´t work for everyone. Me and some colleagues of mine can now create a new page, others don´t. And it is really not handy with the source editor. No idea, how to manage that in the future...

Hello Martina,

we have the same problem, sometimes with “Task timed out ..”, sometimes with the message “Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size ...”.

I only recently installed it and it has never worked. Was the app working for you before?
