How can I enable captcha for the customer whilst they are registering via JSM portal?

Is there a way I can enable this feature?

Hi Rajan,

For Jira Service Management Cloud, currently, it's not possible to enable or disable Captcha. Please see Feature ticket for this - Provide ability to turn on and off captcha in Customer Portal
